Friday night, my family went to see "Up". I just want to warn you, if you've experienced loss recently, skip this one.
I cried through the whole thing. Not in a cute, little, isn't that emotional way? But in an ugly, bawling, snotty, forgot-my-Kleenex-for the-happy-cartoon way.
It is a beautifully-made movie and it touches on so many truths of what life is about. I honestly think you all have to see it, but I'm warning you, you need to bring Kleenex. Maybe it was me, because I've lost my grandmother in the last year, but there's a scene in the prologue that so encapsulates how life does not go as planned, I defy you to get through it. Just defy you.
I'm finishing up my book today with last minute edits, writing a devotional (convoluted story) and feeling much better after a healthy dose of prednisone for my MS. But I wanted to warn you. Take Kleenex to the happy cartoon, k? K.
Prednisone is a miracle drug. Does it make you really wound up? When hubby was on the mega doses, my house was so clean. :)

I'm on a small dose this time, but my neurologist says it's her favorite story that I found a new career through prednisone. I couldn't sleep so I wrote a book. : )

Definitely going to skip it right now. I had no idea what it is about, but the children were begging to go. I think maybe it might be a Netflix movie.
