This morning I watched "The View" -- which I can honestly say I've never seen before. I prefer my fighting women in the form of svelte housewives, I suppose.
This morning, they had Dr. Brandt on talking about new plastic surgery techniques. I wish I could find a picture of him with how he looked on the show this a.m, but alas, I couldn't. You probably know his name from the skincare line he has, which is carried by Sephora.
He's an odd duck, and clearly, he tests out all the procedures on himself, so we know he's not into animal testing. This morning watching the show I'm thinking, "The Emperor has no clothes!"
No one, in fact, seems to notice that he looks like the guy from Tales from the Crypt and they just keep asking him for advice. On BEAUTY! I'm not saying he doesn't have beautiful skin, but I would be afraid if I went to his office, I'd come out looking like a zombie. I'm certain he's amazing at what he does, but how does he define beauty? And wouldn't that scare you as a patient?
