First off, watching these folks watch themselves on the show and enjoy their antics is really disgusting. I mean, how cute is it that Erica Rose is kissing some chick? Talk about a sick need for attention. Have you ever seen a child see themselves on the security camera at Target? Same deal here.
The smartest thing said during the recap came from Blakeley, “I’m going to be an emotional banana sandwich…for real.”
Biggest surprise on recaps: Kaylon & Lindzi still dating. Erica Rose telling Lindzi to be careful because he’s around town with other women. Seriously, WHAT can any woman see in that guy? He’s so girly and gross. Do women of this generation like that Scott Disick type or what? Girls, you will always be changing your own oil with a guy like this. Just sayin’
Michael Stagliano tries to play victim. His days as “the nice guy” are over.
Most dumped-on was Jaclyn. Not only did Ed play her, but then Rachel’s friendship turned out to be farce. The fact that Rachel had to be TALKED INTO picking Chris shows what an idiot she was — Jaclyn is under the delusion she was controlling the game. Well, and that Ed was into her. Nuff said. She's going home without the money or Ed.
Blakeley.
Watching Blakeley get dissed by the likes of Chris irritates me. She is WAY too good for him, and she was a Hooters’ waitress for 12 years, does that tell you something Chris? Bring on Tony, who comes along right at the time Blakeley needs a decent guy. Watching the two of them grin as their romance is on-screen is darling. Who would have thunk?
I love how she says, “he lifted a weight off my shoulders and I completely believed in him…he lets me be Blakeley.” That’s the highest recommendation. They come together to announce that they’re moving in together and that he has cable! (Girl, raise your standards. LOL) Tony pulls the biggest coup of all, asking Blakeley to marry him on the show and scoring a Neil Lane diamond for the occasion. That’s better than $250k because diamonds are forever.
The final four: Rachel & Nick, Chris & Sarah
Rachel uses her time to take Michael down, and he totally deserves it. He claims he wasn’t falling in love, but then he said he didn’t want to “close the door” ie., kept her on a string. She’s out of his league, so I wonder if Michael is forever-ruined by Bachelor ego.
Onto Nick finally. This guy sure stayed under the radar — anyone have an idea who he is? He just says it was hard to be partners with Rachel while she was pining over Michael. Trust me, it was hard on all of us.
Chris says his family doesn’t have anything good to say and he gives us a series of false excuses to look as though he’s generally sorry. He’s not. He mimics human emotion, but he’s about as close to soulless as you get. I really worry we’ll see him on the news someday for beating the crap out of a girlfriend.
Can I just say I can’t stand Sarah. She is as dumb as a box of rocks, and she thinks she’s in the finale because of her “brilliant play” and partnership with Chris. At least they don’t talk to her, so we don’t have to hear her inane thoughts.
VOTING:
The votes begin. Reid’s there. I love Reid! I’m shocked Chris and Sarah get any votes, but they do. Jaclyn says, she played a loyal game and sticks with it. Rachel & Nick are in the finals.
As they sit there again, Rachel rambles on forever and Nick again stays quiet. Rachel picks "Share" and Nick finally gets a chance to speak and says it's ironic that no one would pick him and that no one was ever on his team. He did it all himself. No one cared what his vote was and he's an outsider. Rachel never wanted to be his partner.
Nick has been looked over for the last time, apparently. He votes to keep all the money for himself. Best. Ending. Ever!!! I can't even feel sorry for Rachel even though he was a dog and a half. LOL
I just watched the end again with my son and enjoyed it all over again. I didn't even mind that he was so cocky. It was like you all treated me like crap and I could have you for friends or an extra $125k Do the math.
Rachel does not help herself by saying, "You got stuck with me like I got stuck with you."
Oh my gosh, I'm cracking up. Michael says, "She's crushed..."
and Nick says, "Then console her."
SO bad...but he's totally right. She was a whiny, self-entitled brat and he didn't take care of her in the end. Granted, Nick didn't make any friends, but he's got the money and I imagine has decent friends already. Not like the kind who ignored him the whole time he played this game.
